MyEclipse10 Help下面沒有install New Software，那該如何離線安裝插件呢？
方法1：help->MyEclipse Configuration Center->Software->add site
方法2：Window->Preferences->Capabilities-> classic update(勾選即可)
勾選后會出現software updates，下面按照help->software updates->find and install
備注：myeclipse在線和離線安裝sonarlint 我試了都不成功，網上也沒找到成功的案例，估計有安裝限制或者版本不兼容 以后再看看；
或者myeclipse采用其他類型代碼檢查插件（Checkstyle，FindBugs，PMD，Jtest）
