具體錯誤：

Temp directory inside installation: F:\IDEA_Tool\Cache\.IntelliJIdea2017.3\system\tmp\patch-update
解決方案：
准備工作，很重要！
導出你的設置，
一，移動IDEA所在文件夾中立cache的里面的那層
有的叫 android studio，我的叫.Inteliji..........
這個文件夾要移動到和idea安裝的平級目錄下
二，找到IDEA的bin文件夾，打開idea.properties
三，重新啟動IDEA，就可以更新了
