更改數據庫中數據表的字符集靠譜命令，親測可行，在workbench和phpmyadmin上都通過

alter table entries_mx convert to character set utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci;

show variables like 'character%'; 

update mysql.user set authentication_string=password('123qwe') where user='root' and Host = 'localhost';

flush privileges;
