[Flutter] TextField 中只允許輸入合法的小數

的Flutter的TextField中，我們可以通過設置inputFormatters來過濾和限制輸入的內容。

下面是一個自定義的 TextInputFormatter，可以限制用戶只能輸入有效的整數和小數。
