vue : 本地調試跨域問題的解決辦法：proxyTable

本來我是不想寫的，但為了加深印象還是寫一寫吧。

./api.js (管理接口的JS文件)

原理：簡單的說就是利用了vue所用的node.js服務器環境，建立代理服務器，使本地的域名與線上域名相同。
