mysql 5.7數據庫體積達到32G，磁盤空間不足，需要遷移，遷移后出現：

百搜不得其解，忽然想到mysql服務啟動貌似使用的是net service賬號，
因此，將新遷移數據文件的目錄增加net service用戶的讀寫權限，即可解決問題。
