問題：
powershell中不能執行腳本，提示‘because running scripts is disabled on this system’
原因：
powershell中默認的execution policy 是restricted，使用Get-ExecutionPolicy查看
解決方法：
設置execution policy為remotesigned
Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned
