window下安裝好postgreSQL 9.3用cmd命令進入數據庫（搞的我這個菜鳥只剩半條命）

linux下基本沒什么問題，但在window操作系統下比較麻煩。

1. 需要添加環境變量path路徑：C:\Program Files (x86)\PostgreSQL\9.3\bin

2. 添加postgres系統用戶：計算機——>管理-->本地用戶和組-->添加用戶-->postgres用戶，添加密碼。

3. cmd進入后命令格式:->runas /user:postgres sql
   ->輸入密碼
   finish！
