近日，相信很多開發者都留意到了： 蘋果針對應用標題的審核確有明顯的變嚴趨勢！我們在《驚！蘋果再次加強審核力度，眾App紛紛止步應用標題》中也對該現象進行了詳細的分析，並給出了相應的解決方案。
而除了標題之外，很多開發者還向我們咨詢過審核被拒的其他情況。為了幫大家摸清近期蘋果審核的脈絡，我們對大家反饋的情況進行了整理和測試，並結合《App Store Review Guidelines》和《Apple Developer Program License Agreement》進行了分析，最終總結出了十幾種常見的原因。各位看官，已遭遇的趕緊對號入座、還沒碰到的也提前打打預防針吧！
應用出現崩潰、加載失敗等非常明顯的Bug
《App Store Review Guidelines》2.1中明確指明：Make sure your app has been tested on-device for bugs and stability before you submit it……Please don’t treat App Review as a software testing service. We will reject incomplete app bundles and binaries that crash or exhibit obvious technical problems.（請確保你的應用在提交審核之前經過充分測試並且沒有Bug……不要把應用程序審核當作軟件測試服務，如果你的應用不完整或者存在明顯的技術缺陷，它將直接被拒絕。）
雖然審核人員發現應用的Bug是幾率事件，但是為了保證應用按時上線，在提交之前還是盡量確保它沒有明顯的Bug比較好。此外，在審核期間，保證服務器穩定也非常重要，如果審核人員審核時出現內容加載失敗等情況，也會導致被拒的。

注：我們這里舉出的，只是其中比較有代表性的一條信息。應用審核被拒后，蘋果會在Resolution Centre (解決方案中心)告知被拒的原因以及解決方案。有時候，即使因為同一原因被拒，也可能收到表述不同的蘋果反饋信息。
應用描述、截圖等與應用功能嚴重不符
如果應用描述、截圖和預覽視頻等營銷/宣傳性資料中介紹的功能與應用的實際功能大相徑庭，或者蘋果審核人員並沒有在應用中發現應用描述或截圖中展示的功能，都有可能被拒。
除此之外，截圖太過藝術化，完全不符合應用的實際內容，或選擇的分類和應用性質完全不符等等都有可能被拒。

錯誤使用抽獎、競猜等促銷方式
抽獎、彩票、競猜等功能可能是應用使用最普遍的促銷方式之一了，而蘋果對這些也做出了規定。例如：①用於抽獎和競猜的官方規則必須在應用當中予以提供，並且明確表明蘋果公司不是贊助商或者以任何形式參與了該活動；②應用不允許使用應用內付費購買信用點或者虛擬貨幣，並把它們與實際的貨幣結合使用，也不允許在應用當中購買彩票、抽獎券，和進行資金轉移……如果你沒有完全明白蘋果對這方面的審核條款，很可能被拒！

包含虛假、誤導用戶的信息或功能
如果名稱、描述等應用信息或功能中包含虛假、山寨的成分，被蘋果認定為：有誤導用戶的嫌疑，審核時就會被拒絕。

包含隱藏功能
不要在應用中包含任何隱藏以及沒有相關說明文檔的功能。如果應用的功能不能讓審核人員了解清楚，很可能被拒。且蘋果在審核規則中還有這樣一條規定：如果這樣的行為過分或者反復出現，你可能會被從開發者身份當中除名。

侵犯第三方版權
蘋果對知識產權的保護力度是有目共睹的——不僅在審核條款中單獨設了【5.2知識產權】這一條，還開通了投訴通道。
App Store審核條款里明確規定：
①不要使用受保護的第三方內容，如商標、版權作品，或者在應用中使用未經專利許可的創意。
②如果你的應用使用、訪問、展示和商業化第三方的服務，請保證你已經獲得了相應的授權許可，且必須根據要求在審核前一並提供許可文件。
③應用程序不能對非法分享、保存、轉換或者來自第三方源的數據的非法使用提供方便，除非具有相應的合法授權協議。
除此之外，蘋果也出台了一系列保護自身知識產權的條款，例如：
①不要明示或暗示蘋果公司是你的應用的供應商，或者蘋果為你的應用的功能和質量代言。
②禁止創建一個與蘋果已有產品、用戶界面、應用、廣告主題相似的應用，且不允許拼錯蘋果產品名稱。

出現第三方移動平台的名字、圖標等
蘋果應用商店審核指南2.3.10規定：Make sure your app is focused on the iOS, Mac, Apple TV or Apple Watch experience, and don’t include names, icons, or imagery of other mobile platforms in your app or metadata, unless there is specific, approved interactive functionality.（確保你的應用專注於iOS、Mac、Apple TV or Apple Watch,在應用或者元數據中不包含其他平台的名稱、圖標、圖像，除非有特定的、被認可的互動功能。）
也就是說，最好不要在蘋果的應用商店出現和Android等平台有有關的信息，否則被拒的風險大大的。

采集了IDFA卻未集成廣告服務
IDFA (identifier for advertising)能夠較精准地識別用戶，尤其對廣告主追蹤廣告轉化率幫助很大。蘋果開發者計划許可協議中規定：只有使用廣告服務才有權采集IDFA。

含UGC卻未提供用戶協議及舉報功能
如果應用內有發帖等UGC（用戶產生內容）功能，但是卻沒有要求用戶同意條款（EULA），也沒有對敏感信息的舉報措施等，也可能被拒。

用個人賬戶上傳金融類應用
將這一點列出來，是想再次提醒一下理財、P2等金融類相關產品的開發者們：目前，金融類應用只能用對應公司名稱的開發者賬號上傳了。也就是說，如果用個人開發者賬號提交金融類應用，會收到蘋果的審核未過信息↓↓

當然，以上只是近期出現地比較頻繁的被拒原因，除了這些之外，比較常見的原因還有以下幾點：
1. 提交的新版本與上一版相比，功能上變化過大，或在新版本中完全改掉了前一版產品的某些功能。
2. 應用內推薦了其他App。
3. 在iTunes Connect的應用預覽信息中，提供的信息不足。也就是說，如果應用的某些功能需要登錄，你卻沒有提供一個有效的demo賬戶的用戶名和密碼，就可能被拒。
4. 應用內包含檢查更新功能。
5. 含有賭博、色情等違反法律的內容，或出現過於令人反感或者低俗的內容。
6. 應用使用了私有API。
7. 應用內的功能不能太過單一，或產品太有創意，蘋果的審核人員沒能理解到它的獨到之處。
8. 反復提交類似的應用。也就是說，如果提交幾個本質上一樣的應用，不僅會影響其他應用的審核進程，還會有被拒的風險。
9. 不恰當的評級。
10. 應用名稱、安裝包等地方包含test、demo等字樣。
結語
審核被拒一般分為兩種情況：Binary Rejected（因應用代碼問題被拒，需要重新上傳應用並重新排隊） 和 Metadata Rejected（因元數據被拒，只需修改信息，不再需要重新上傳），雖然后者發生后只需要修改信息即可，但無論哪種情況發生，都會浪費一定的時間。所以，在提交審核前，建議大家仔細研究一下蘋果的各項審核規則及常見的被拒原因。
此外，如果真的不幸中招，也不用太過慌張。被拒后，蘋果會將被拒理由、解決方案、具體違反了哪項條款（一般情況下，反饋信息中，最前面的數字對應的便是App Store審核規則或開發者計划許可協議的相應條款）等發到Resolution Centre (解決方案中心)。通常情況下，按照蘋果的建議仔細進行修改，再次提交便能通過。
