1.下載IAR軟件，然后點擊安裝，一路NEXT
2.安裝后激活，需要斷網
3.打開IAR軟件，在軟件目錄中點擊help/License manger
4.彈出IAR License manager界面，點擊license/offline activation
5.出現license wizard界面
6.打開注冊機，將license number 賦值到 license wizard界面的license number
7.在 license wizard界面點擊“下一步”
8.點擊"NO”
9.接下來會出現save activation information，選擇一個地方存儲activationinfo.txt文件
10.點擊“下一步”
11.將第9步生成txt文件加載到注冊機activate license中，點擊activate license,會彈出另存生成一個activationresponse.txt文件
12.在第10步界面，use the response file to activate the license,中將第11步產生文件加載進來，點擊“下一步”，完成注冊
