chrome(谷歌瀏覽器)新版本（67之后）無法通過拖拽添加擴展程序，只能在谷歌商店下載。
問題：
解決辦法如下：
1.右鍵chrome快捷方式------->屬性--------->快捷方式-------->目標（T）后添加 -enable-easy-off-store-extension-install
2.點擊應用----->關閉
3.雙擊剛修改的快捷方式啟動瀏覽器。
4.chrome瀏覽器---->設置----->更多工具----->擴展程序（E）
5.拖拽自己需要的OK。
注意：1. -enable-easy-off-store-extension-install，前加空格，“-” 為英文 "-"
2.必須點擊修改過的快捷方式。
