此問題最近在微信小程序開發中，比較常見。

請先確認系統支持TLS1.2以后，進行一下操作：（如不支持請升級系統到支持版本）

windows2008R2在配置SSL做小程序開發時候提示小程序的TLS版本必須大於等於1.2。

解決方法：

請先備份導出HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols的值。如圖：

將以下代碼，保存到一個txt文件，然后修改后綴.reg，雙擊執行即可，完成這一步后，重啟服務器。
