下面這步是最重要的一步，之前直接放在web.config里不管用。。。

配置前必須安裝微軟的URL Rewrite模塊 網址是https://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/url-rewrite#additionalDownloads

下載后再把上面配置內容的放到web.config里，保存

然后就可以用了
