注意：如果使用了錯誤的IP地址和子網掩碼，因為是三層故障，一樣會顯示雙UP。
2. Serial1/0 is up, line protocol is down
物理層工作正常，數鏈層問題，可能原因：
如果是DCE，檢查Clock rate是否設置
Keepalive信息沒有收到
如果是幀中繼環境，檢查LMI類型和DLCI
兩端封裝格式不同
3. Serial1/0 is administratively down, line protocol is down (disabled)
原因：
端口被管理性關閉。
解決辦法：
在端口配置模式下輸入no shutdown開啟端口。
4. FastEthernet0/1 is down, line protocol is down (err-disabled)
原因：
在交換機中，如果show interface fa0/1結果出現如上信息。說明該端口因為違反端口安全被關閉。
比如之前設置過下列命令
Switch(config-if)#switchport port-security maximum 1
Switch(config-if)#switchport port-security violation shutdown
Switch(config-if)#switchport port-security mac-address sticky
如果有第二台電腦嘗試通過該端口進行通信，就會導致該交換機端口關閉。
解決辦法：
在端口配置模式下輸入shutdown禁用該端口再輸入no shutdown重新啟用即可。
