第一步：下載文件Vue components 鏈接 GitHub - vuejs/vue-syntax-highlight: Sublime Text syntax highlighting for single-file Vue components
第二步：找到Sumblime Text3 在Packages中新建Vue；
第三步：在下載的Vue components文件中，，把下面的4個文件拷貝到剛剛新建的Vue文件夾中；
第四步：sublime中使用快捷鍵Ctrl+Shift+P,輸入vue 點擊出現的Vue components 你的vue代碼就變成彩色了
要是沒有 5.重啟(就是關了再開)sublime,你的vue就是彩色的了
