Spring Cloud為開發者提供了一套可以用來快速搭建分布式系統中常見模式的工具。提取主干即是Spring Cloud提供了一套工具。這些工具為開發人員提供了分布式系統下常見問題的通用解決方案。這些方案涵蓋了配置管理，服務發現，斷路器，智能路由，微代理，控制總線，一次性TOKEN，全局鎖，leader選舉，分布式session等。
Spring Cloud版本
在寫本篇文章時，Spring Cloud版本演進情況如下：

從下Angel到上Finchley可以看出，版本的第一個字母是按照A－Z順序編排的。這些單詞是什么含義呢，大概的搜一下可以得出基本都是地名，官方說明是這些版本號的單詞來自於英國倫敦的地鐵站站名。
那么為什么要用單詞而不是數字類型的版本號呢？
因為Spring Cloud包含了一系列的子系統，Spring Cloud Config，Spring Cloud Netflix，Spring Cloud Bus等，為了防止與這些子系統的版本號混淆，Spring Cloud的版本號全部使用英文單詞。
版本號后面的SRX，X代表一個數字，這個是小版本號，就是在特定的版本中，修復一些致命問題，做的升級版本號。
