方案： 
1、換到anaconda3下就沒有了，tensorflow不支持python2.7 
2、conda update conda,然后conda update –all 下

利用conda指令安裝numpy顯示成功安裝，但是運行的時候報錯。原因是運行的環境和安裝的環境不是一個環境

conda install -n ipykernel_py2 numpy

　可改用如上指令，-n后面指定你當前運行的環境名稱即可

sklearn 需要安裝scikit-learn
