非常抱歉，今天凌晨博客站點負載均衡中所有3台服務器的IIS應用程序池突然停止工作，造成 1:20-7:45 左右博客站點無法正常訪問，由此給您帶來很大的麻煩，請您諒解。
服務器操作系統是 Windows Server 2016，對應的 IIS 錯誤日志如下：
A process serving application pool 'www.cnblogs.com' suffered a fatal communication error with the Windows Process Activation Service. The process id was '692'. The data field contains the error number.
Application pool 'www.cnblogs.com' is being automatically disabled due to a series of failures in the process(es) serving that application pool.
這樣的 IIS 應用程序池突然停止問題之前幾年才偶爾在某台服務器出現1次，沒想到今天3台服務器同時出現，而且是在凌晨負載非常低的時候。。。
對於這次突發故障的原因，我們目前毫無進一步的線索；在這次故障的應急處理中，我們在運維工作上存在問題，我們會吸取教訓，加以改進。
