開源播放器 ijkplayer (四) ：Ijkplayer切換網絡時停止播放的問題處理

問題起因：

在進行ijkplayer播放器的測試時，發現ijkplayer播放器在切換網絡時出現直播畫面停止的問題。

問題分析：

抓取日志發現：tv.danmaku.ijk.media.player.IjkMediaPlayer: Error (-10000,0)

問題解決：

重寫OnErrorListener的onError方法，然后判斷what = -10000的時候，觸發重置播放器的操作
