windows->preferences->content types->word Document 並輸入utf-8->update;
右鍵選中的項目，選擇properties->resource->text file encoding->utf-8.
還不行的話，殺手鐧是
windows-Preferences-General-Workspace-Text file encoding 設置為uft-8
最后重啟一下eclipse通常就ok了。
