.net webapi創建接口

最近使用webapi做了一個用戶數據庫接口，方便其它網站接入驗證用戶，實現中解決出現的一些問題，做了一些記錄，

1、返回顯示為json數據

2、允許其他網站訪問，剛開始沒有設，在本地機測試時可以訪問，但放在服務器正式運行時，其他網站無法獲取信息，所以在web.config中要允許一下;

設置如下 ：紅色部分為添加代碼
