被拒原因分析
- app的公司主體，沒有提供金融服務的資質；
- 金融類app只能在app公司主體的開發者賬號上傳，不能在個人或委托公司的開發者賬號上傳；
- app名稱沒有反映公司品牌；
- app名稱與公司名稱不對應，未產生品牌歸屬及關聯性；
應對方式
1、證明你的公司，有提供金融服務的資質。
如果app確實是提供的金融服務，app的公司主體有提供金融服務的資質，可將資金證明（如營業執照）發給蘋果審核團隊。
如果app是提供的金融服務，但是沒有相關資質，需要將app放在有資質的公司主體的賬號下提交。
如果app不是提供金融服務，但蘋果誤以為是金融服務，可向蘋果解釋業務模式，並提供相關證明，比如p2p模式，比如助貸模式。
2、如果是個人開發者賬號提交的應用，將個人開發者賬號升級為企業開發者賬號后，再提交；
3、如果是其他開發者賬號（比如外包）替你開發，按照蘋果要求走，將其他開發賬號添加到你的蘋果開發者賬號下（在“用戶和職能-添加iTunes Connect用戶”操作）；
4、修改app名稱，讓app名稱和公司品牌有關聯。如公司是“馬上消費金融股份有限公司”，app名稱可以修改為“馬上貸”后，重新提交；
5、提交“軟件著作權登記證書”，或者“商標證書”，向蘋果證明產品名稱與公司的關聯性；
6、向蘋果審核團隊闡述app功能的運營主體、技術支持網站等，來證明app和公司的的所屬關系；
如，在你的app“關於我們”中，中英文介紹公司，介紹產品歸屬該公司。
如，技術支持網站，進一步介紹公司和說明產品歸屬該公司。

Your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the financial institution. If you have developed this app on behalf of a client, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account.
Once created, you cannot change your seller name or company name in iTunes Connect. For assistance with changing your company name or seller name, you will need to contact iTunes Connect through the Contact Us page. Select Getting Started from the first dropdown menu, then select General iTunes Connect Inquiry to contact the appropriate iTunes Connect team.
