原因是：5037端口被占用
解決方法：1.查找5037被誰占用 netstat -ano | findstr "3037"
2.查看對應的是哪個任務 tasklist | findstr "4852"
3.啟動任務管理器，結束此任務
4.重新打開monkeyrunner 或 uiautomatorviewer
