節點信息規划
tibco的配置文件、數據文件都放在/mqdata/cfgmgmt/data目錄下面，並且將主節點的該目錄通過NFS形式共享給備節點使用。tibco可以開啟多個實例。cfgmgmt此處可以根據業務名自己取名。

1.安裝tibco(此處以主節點為例，從節點也一樣安裝)
創建tibco用戶
