打開ArcMap能打開，Add Data 或打開mxd就出Runtime Error對話框。打開ArcCatlog或者ArcGlobe出現Runtime Error對話框

參考方案：
對於Win7 X64，
(1) 確保C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\DAO中存在dao360.dll。
(2) 確保C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\DAO目錄不存在。
(3) 找個其它電腦上能用ArcGIS的情景，拷貝C:\Users\YOU_USRE_NAME\Documents\ArcGIS下的所有內容，到你的相應的位置。
(4) 打開ArcMap, 然后打開Add Data，雖然卡，但是多等一會兒 。。。
(5) 里面出現內容了。下次再次使用，仍然可以。
