錯誤：The Vue Language Server server crashed 5 times in the last 3 minutes. The server will not be restarted.

在使用VSCODE的時候，因為電腦異常關機，重新打開VSCODE的時候，顯示這個錯誤，錯誤導致我的vue類型文件無法格式化和智能提示。

Go to C:\Users\chris\.vscode\extensions\octref.vetur-0.9.3\client\ and run npm install.
在相應的根目錄下運行npm install。
