1、請到pyqt的官網下載對應的pythone版本：
官網下載地址：https://sourceforge.net/projects/pyqt/rss?path=/
登錄后如下圖選擇對應的版本號下載
2、點擊運行exe 程序，一直默認安裝步驟即可
3、驗證是否安裝成功，進入cmd命令
