open函數,該函數用於文件處理
操作文件時,一般需要經歷如下步驟:

一、打開文件
文件句柄 = open('文件路徑', '模式')
打開文件時,需要指定文件路徑和以何等方式打開文件,打開后,即可獲取該文件句柄,日后通過此文件句柄對該文件操作。
打開文件的模式有:
- r,只讀模式(默認)。
- w,只寫模式。【不可讀;不存在則創建;存在則刪除內容;】
- a,追加模式。【可讀; 不存在則創建;存在則只追加內容;】
"+" 表示可以同時讀寫某個文件
- r+,可讀寫文件。【可讀;可寫;可追加】
- w+,寫讀
- a+,同a
"U"表示在讀取時,可以將 \r \n \r\n自動轉換成 \n (與 r 或 r+ 模式同使用)

"b"表示處理二進制文件(如:FTP發送上傳ISO鏡像文件,linux可忽略,windows處理二進制文件時需標注)

注意:
1、使用'W',文件若存在,首先要清空,然后(重新)創建,
2、使用'a'模式 ,把所有要寫入文件的數據都追加到文件的末尾,即使你使用了seek()指向文件的其他地方,如果文件不存在,將自動被創建。
f.read([size]) size未指定則返回整個文件,如果文件大小>2倍內存則有問題.f.read()讀到文件尾時返回""(空字串)
file.readline() 返回一行
file.readline([size]) 返回包含size行的列表,size 未指定則返回全部行

f.tell() 返回一個整數,表示當前文件指針的位置(就是到文件頭的比特數).

偏移量:單位:比特,可正可負
起始位置:0-文件頭,默認值;1-當前位置;2-文件尾
f.close() 關閉文件

三、管理上下文
為了避免打開文件后忘記關閉,可以通過管理上下文,即:
with open('log','r') as f: ...
如此方式,當with代碼塊執行完畢時,內部會自動關閉並釋放文件資源。
在Python 2.7 后,with又支持同時對多個文件的上下文進行管理,即:
