阿里雲window2012 iis8.0，阿里雲說默認就是 TLS1.2，我的機器默認居然是1.1，氣死人啦。
搞了半天，又是改注冊表又下工具，還重啟了服務器，終於搞成1.2啦。

下載工具 IIS Crypto，只選擇TLS1.2
另外還改了注冊表，不知道是不是有用
