在啟動Windows Process Activation Service時，出現錯誤13：數據無效

1.錯誤原因：

當Windows Process Activation Service從C:\Windows\system32\inetsrv\config\applicationHost.config中讀取configuration數據時，數據收到了損壞，錯誤消息是：Configuration file is not well-formed XML，數據無效。

2.解決方法：

將c:\inetpub\history文件夾中的這個applicationHost.config文件，替換掉c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\config中的applicationHost.config，如果在c:\inetpub\history文件夾中有好幾個類似CFGHISTORY_00000000的文件夾，則選擇最新的文件夾中的applicationHost.config替換掉c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\config中的applicationHost.config，然后再啟動Windows Process Activation Service即可。
