為localhost添加https

1.按照https://stackoverflow.com/a/7184031/4619958來做

其中，CommonName填寫localhost

2.在ssl.conf里頭加上

<Directory "E:/MyProjects/wordpress/">
        Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
        AllowOverride all
        Order Deny,Allow
        Allow from all
        Require all granted
</Directory>
