LinuxMint/Ubuntu 關機重啟等待 90 秒問題的解決辦法（其他發行版也可行）：
1.安裝 watchdog
sudo apt install watchdog

2.開啟 watchdog 服務
sudo systemctl enable watchdog.service

3.馬上啟用 watchdog 服務
sudo systemctl start watchdog.service

只需上述三步，關機等待 90 秒就消失了。
