每次重新新建工程時候git的配置信息都不能直接在命令行里修改 用戶名 和郵箱，不會生效，且報錯

參考網上解決辦法就是
找到工程目錄的.git文件夾，打開之后找到config文件，在最后邊加上一句話
[user]
email=your email
name=your name
