開發過程中在pom.xml中添加pom的時候，默認是需要從中央倉庫中下載，但是下載的速度是非常慢的，超過一定的時間可能就覺得是eclipse卡死了。
解決辦法是在maven中添加阿里的鏡像。
具體的操作步驟是：
1.找到maven安裝目錄下conf文件夾下的settings.xml文件
2.在mirrors中添加阿里的鏡像
