idea使用svn出現Warning not all local changes may be shown due to an error，如下圖所示：
解決方案：
1、File > Settings > Version Control > Subversion 取消選中 "use command line client" > ok。
2、重啟idea，重復第一步，然后選中 "use command line client"
3、重啟搞定。
原因分析：
分析個球，看這奇葩的解決方案，估計是個BUG吧，猜測可能是由於非正常關閉iead導致的。
