Js下載文件到本地（兼容多瀏覽器）

在客戶端通過js下載文件，試過幾種下載方式，iframe方式僅限於IE瀏覽器，window.open(url)，location.href=url 這兩種方式在chrome瀏覽器還會是直接打開文件而不是下載，百度N久沒有結果，在谷歌還是找到答案了，下載鏈接在此。
