1.配置Struts   （filter 過濾器）

Struts屬於過濾器，過濾器卻不只Struts的配置。還可以加入自己需要的專屬過濾器

2.配置Spring （listener 監聽器）

Spring 屬於監聽器，監聽器卻不只Spring 的配置。還可以加入自己需要的專屬監聽器

3.系統參數的配置，比如session存活時間，默認頁面，錯誤頁面
