配置TLS1.2
提供兩種方法, 選擇其中一種就行了
1、手動設置
找到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols右鍵->新建->項->新建TLS 1.1,TLS 1.2
TLS 1.1和TLS 1.2 右鍵->新建->項->新建Server, Client,在新建的Server和Client中都新建如下的項(DWORD 32位值)，總共4個
DisabledByDefault [Value = 0]
Enabled [Value = 1]

2、直接導入注冊表文件
如下，新建文本文件，將內容復制進去，后綴名改為reg就行，雙擊導入

禁用老SSL配置
打開HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\SSL 2.0\Client 配置如下
DisabledByDefault [Value = 0]
Enabled [Value = 0]
