WIN10以后如果Manifest中不寫支持WIN10的話，獲取版本號的API獲取的是6

  if TOSVersion.Major = 10 then  // 高版本的Delphi（比如Berlin）可以這樣寫

    ShowMessage('Windows 10');

或者：

   if Win32MajorVersion = 10 then

 

WIN10以后如果Manifest中不寫支持WIN10的話，獲取版本號的API獲取的是6，最新版的Delphi的manifest中寫了支持WIN10，所以沒問題。
老版本Delphi要自己寫manifest中間加上
