npm install 時總是報phantomjs-prebuilt@2.1.14安裝失敗

在npm install時總是報如下錯誤，

嘗試單獨安裝：npm install phantomjs-prebuilt@2.1.14 還是報錯

最后通過以下命令安裝成功： 

npm install phantomjs-prebuilt@2.1.14 --ignore-scripts
