突然看到去年找的關於《理想工作環境》的相關資料，現在貼出來分享給大家。這個源於一個面試題， 忘了是哪家公司問我，你心中理想的工作環境是怎樣的，我一時語塞，甚至從來沒有考慮過這樣的問題。理想的工作環境？！能有人要我就非常不錯了，后來還是找了非常多的資料總結了總結。因為准備面試所以也找了不少雙語的材料，各位湊合看吧。

The meaning behind the question:
As with other questions which ask you to describe your ‘ideal’ of something work-related, the interviewer is attempting to assess how closely your ideal fits with the reality of their organisation. Unless you see through this aspect of their question, you could easily reveal reasons for them to notch up black marks on your application. They’re testing your compatibility.
Your answer:
How much do you know about the working environment in the organisation to which you’re applying? Shallow as it may seem, this is what you need to be describing.
With a bit of luck, you’ll already have been able to glean quite a bit of useful information from the interviewer during the course of your interview – information which you can now feed back to them.
Example:
My ideal working environment is one where there’s a good sense of team spirit. A strong work ethic is obviously important but the human side is also important. I enjoy working with people who have a decent sense of humour and who, while they might take their work very seriously, don’t necessarily take themselves overly seriously! I like people who are down to earth but who have a dynamic and progressive approach to their work. I really enjoy working as part of a highly committed and professional team.
Word of warning:
Avoid saying anything along the lines of the way they’ve described their organisation’s working environment as sounding like your idea of the ideal working environment. Don’t be seen to be overtly sucking up! Subtly does it.

理想的工作環境是多元的
理想的工作環境是由“理想的企業”、“理想的領導”和“理想的員工”這三個元素組合而成，這種組合是動態的，時刻都在自我平衡。
人活着就必須要工作，有很大一部分時間是在工作，所以往往很多時候，人的壓力都是來自工作，回家通常會好點，在上班的時候，很多壓力往往會讓人很不快樂，甚至有的時候會將這些不快樂的心情帶回家。在我看來，每個人潛意識里可能都在追求一個理想的工作環境，它是我們快樂生活一個基礎。有了這個開始，我就問自己什么叫理想的工作環境?它怎么組成的?我認為理想的工作環境包括三個元素：一個是理想的企業，一個是理想的上司，一個是理想的員工。
首先，理想的企業是一個環境，有了一個理想的環境，我們作為一個員工進去，我們可能扮演一個基層員工，也可能扮演一個上司，很多時候往往是同時扮演兩個角色，我們有上司，同時我們也有下屬，所以我認為一個理想的工作環境，就是這三個元素動態的互動，最后出來的結果就是我們的工作環境。
這三個元素里面，其實包括了心態、溝通和知識。理想的企業，需要理想的企業文化，理想的溝通機制，還有一個套方法，就是怎么樣讓這個公司發展的很好，發展得好的公司才會創造出一個快樂的環境，如果有很多內耗的話，也會影響到員工的成長。那么同樣的這三個元素也會用在上司和員工上。所以我們可以這樣來想象，一個就是心態、溝通、知識，橫着的就是企業、上司、員工，這樣組成一個 3 x 3 的結構。
我以前講“理想的工作環境”的時候，采取的是互動的方式，跟很多學員在互動，我問大家是否同意理想工作環境是具備了這些因素，反饋回來的結果有7點，有幾點其實不重要，它只是提出一種參考，沒有對錯，不是一定是要7個5個6個3個，這個不重要，重要的是理想的工作環境對每個人來講可能都不太一樣，但是對很多人來講就是有這7個方面考慮：
第一是“清晰的企業目標”
很多員工為什么在一個企業里面做得不是很順利，因為他們對一個企業到底想做什么、它的目標都不太清晰，如果他不知道企業的目標是什么，他就很難與這個企業去配合，也很難找到他自己的價值，所以最后還是反映到他個人的身上，所以一個企業必須要有一個清晰的目標，這個目標也是給員工一個清晰的目標去追隨，這個很關鍵。
第二是“能體現個人價值”
在這個環境里面，從員工的角度來講，不管你是管理者還是一個員工，這個環境里應該是一個可以讓你“體現自己價值的工作環境”，就是你上班不光是為薪水，而是你覺得有些理念，有些追求，是能夠在這個環境里面實現的。
第三是有一個“開放的溝通渠道”
就是能夠暢所欲言，能夠表達自己的思路、想法，並且感覺到很安全，這樣的環境是每個人都追求的，特別是我們現在的年輕人，都追求這個。
第四是“協作的同事關系”
不要看小這個，其實我們發覺很多，雖然我沒有真正的數據，但是我相信，很多所謂工作的壓力都是與同事關系不順引發的，這些同事可能是平級，可能是跟上司，這種同事關系的不協調是帶來工作壓力的最大原因，所以很多時候，並不是工作原因給你帶來很多壓力，而是同事的關系不太順給你帶來很多壓力。
第五是“發展與學習”
，這個工作環境能否提供一個“持續發展與學習的平台”，一個人要不斷進步的話就要不斷學習，不斷去提高自己，所以工作環境要提供這個條件，讓員工一方面工作、付出的同時，也可以在這個環境里面去學習，自己不斷的去進步。
第六就是“工作環境與家庭的平衡”
就是在這個工作環境里面我還能得到一個與家庭平衡的一個生活狀態，比如有些企業就是整天要你無緣無故加班，你基本上沒有什么家庭生活，理想的工作環境是會考慮到員工是需要一個生活的平衡。
第七就是“持續改善的生活素質”
你如果在一個工作環境里面很多條件都很好，但是企業經營不好，經營得不好的話，你的收入每年降低，你的生活素質也難以改善。
所以基本上上來講，理想的工作環境就是有這七方面的考慮，當然這七點也不是很完全，但是覆蓋的面也已經是蠻大的了。
環境是一種人文關懷
google，facebook等的咱就不說了。我狹隘的認為環境好的公司一定也不會差到哪去：
