Maven修改鏡像倉庫地址

修改maven根目錄下的conf文件夾中的setting.xml文件，如果你修改了默認倉庫的存儲位置，即.m2文件夾下沒有本地倉庫，但是有個setting.xml文件，那就修改這個文件就可以。
