最終下載的地址是這個，由於s3.amazonaws.com被牆，所以下載失敗；可以手工下載讓后覆蓋到 build/bin 下繼續執行 make peer

解決辦法

1）編輯Makefile文件(在宿主機中操作），將130行注釋掉

build/bin/chaintool: Makefile
    @echo "Installing chaintool"

    #curl -L https://github.com/hyperledger/fabric-chaintool/releases/download/$(CHAINTOOL_RELEASE)/chaintool > $@
    chmod +x $@

2）將下載的chaintool復制到指定目錄

export fabric_path=~/gopath/fabric
#宿主機中執行
cp ~/Downloads/chaintool $fabric_path/build/bin
cd $fabric_path/devenv
#
vagrant ssh
cd $GOPATH/src/github.com/hyperledger/fabric
make peer

4).

　build javaenv時下載gradle-2.12-bin.zip很長時間無響應

   是由於RUN wget https://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-2.12-bin.zip -P /tmp --quiet 命令連接國外服務器太慢導致，可以使用迅雷下載到本地，復制到

　$fabric_path/build/image/javaenv目錄下，同時修改$fabric_path/image/javaenv下的Dockerfile.in文件后繼續執行make peer即可

修改$fabric_path/core/chaincode/shim/java/build.gradle文件，增加maven的阿里源

vagrant下載鏡像經常失敗的問題
