pt-ioprofile是用來觀察特定進程的IO信息的。
該腳本是用shell寫的，有兩方面的作用：
pt-ioprofile does two things: 1) get lsof+strace for -s seconds, 2) aggregate the result. If you specify a FILE, then step 1) is not performed.
因實際依賴的是strace命令，該命令會對進程的性能造成較大的影響。所以，在負載較重的系統中，慎用。
使用方法：
直接執行pt-ioprofile即可，默認的是mysqld進程。

其中，
read：從文件中讀出數據。要讀取的文件用文件描述符標識，數據讀入一個事先定義好的緩沖區。
write：把緩沖區的數據寫入文件中。
pread：由於lseek和read調用之間，內核可能會臨時掛起進程，所以對同步問題造成了問題，調用pread相當於順序調用了lseek和read，這兩個操作相當於一個捆綁的原子操作。
pwrite：由於lseek和write調用之間，內核可能會臨時掛起進程，所以對同步問題造成了問題，調用pwrite相當於順序調用了lseek 和write，這兩個操作相當於一個捆綁的原子操作。
fsync：確保文件所有已修改的內容已經正確同步到硬盤上，該調用會阻塞等待直到設備報告IO完成。
open：打開一個文件，並返回這個文件的描述符。
close：close系統調用用於“關閉”一個文件，close調用終止一個文件描述符以其文件之間的關聯。文件描述符被釋放，並能夠重新使用。
lseek：對文件描述符指定文件的讀寫指針進行設置，也就是說，它可以設置文件的下一個讀寫位置。
fcntl：針對(文件)描述符提供控制。
看看各參數的作用：
--aggregate
統計的方式，默認是sum，也可指定為avg。
個人感覺avg沒太大意義。
short form: -a; type: string; default: sum The aggregate function, either sum or avg. If sum, then each cell will contain the sum of the values in it. If avg, then each cell will contain the average of the values in it.
--cell
顯示的單位，默認是times，即IO操作的時間，也可指定為count（O操作的次數），size（IO操作的大小）

分組的單位，默認是filename，即對文件名進行統計，也可指定為all，即對所有操作進行統計，pid，對進程進行統計（不太確定這里的進程指的是什么？懷疑是線程，但線程不可能這么少，具體可參考下面的輸出）

--profile-pid
指定線程的ID

--run-time
執行strace命令的時間，OPT_RUN_TIME就是--run-time指定的值。
