最新版chrome已經取消了chrome://plugins頁面，可以在Settings => Privary => Content settings => Flash中設置啟用Flash插件。
chrome 54以上版本沒有自帶flash，在播放flash視頻時chrome會下載swf文件。如果在chrome://plugins啟用了flash插件，則會顯示flash out of date。
需要讓chrome安裝flash插件。在地址欄輸入chrome://components，然后點擊Adobe Flash Player下面的Check for update，chrome會下載安裝flash插件。下載插件需要代理，但chrome不會使用代理插件（例如SwithyOmega）提供的代理，應該用外部程序代理。我直接用路由器的shadowsocks了。
此時如果啟用了flash插件，則會卡在Checking for status。需要先到chrome://plugins禁用flash插件。
安裝完畢顯示Component updated后，在地址欄輸入chrome://plugins，點擊頁面右側的Details，點擊Adobe Flash Player項中PPAPI下面的Enable，然后勾選“Always allowed to run”，啟用flash。
