某些情況下，我們需要手動去清除一些有問題的回滾段，如果該回滾段中包含活動事務，那么使用正常的方式將無法drop，所以此時你dropundo tablespace 也將失敗。
可能就會遇到如下的錯誤：

這里可能有人會問上面的_undo_debug_mode參數為啥不管用？其實不是沒效果，是針對這種情況下，沒用而已，對於自動undo管理模式，可以使用該參數來手工刪除某個回滾段，前提是該回滾段無活動事務。
方法二: 通過更改數據字典表 來刪除回滾段和undotablespace

簡單的總結下，其實我們只要通過如下步驟就能輕易的刪除：
1. 將回滾段更改為臨時段
2. 重啟實例
3. 從seg$中刪除記錄
4. 從undo$中刪除記錄
需要注意一下的是，如果不使用hcheck.full，那么直接drop tablespace可能遇到如下錯誤：
