php獲取瀏覽器信息及操作系統信息

2014年7月28日完善判斷瀏覽器的代碼，添加判斷IE11的代碼，詳見相關代碼段。

PHP獲取客戶端瀏覽器以及操作系統信息是通過客戶端瀏覽器傳遞過來的useragent信息進行判定的，因為客戶端useragent信息可以偽造，所以通過PHP獲取到的瀏覽器以及操作系統信息只能作為參考，如下代碼還有待豐富的地方。

PHP中可以直接通過讀取超全局數組$_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT']進行正則匹配即可獲取到相應的瀏覽和操作系統信息。說白了，就是對php的pcre兼容的正則表達式的理解。
