去掉Intel集成顯卡的桌面右鍵菜單（3種方法）：

1. 點擊開始－運行
   regsvr32 /u igfxpph.dll    恢復使用 regsvr32 igfxpph.dll
   2.修改注冊表： 
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ 
   ContextMenuHandlers 刪除其中的igfxcui鍵 
   重新啟動即可刪除那三個鍵！ 
   3.將以下內容拷貝至文本文檔
   regsvr32 /u /s igfxpph.dll
   reg delete HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers /f
   reg add HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\new /ve /d {D969A300-E7FF-11d0-A93B-00A0C90F2719}
   另存為，文件名隨便取，將文件后綴名改為 .cmd。
