mac安裝nose，command not found:nosetests

mac通過pip install nose失敗，看了一下是權限的問題，重新用sudo pip install nose安裝，安裝成功。

但是執行nosetests時，提示command not found:nosetests。查了一下很多人都遇到相同的問題了，最后是用easy_install安裝是可以的。
