１.首先通過ＩＬＯ登錄遠程控制桌面然后按F2輸入密碼后進入
2.開啟shell
3.按住 Alt + F1 切換到shell
4.啟用 snmp
esxcli system snmp set --enable true
5.設置 snmp
esxcli system snmp set -c mycommunity
6.注意如果設置了configure lockdown mode 那就只能通過vcenter進行ESXI的管理了，也就是不能通過vsphere連接單機ESXI
7.安全起見 操作完后必須關閉 shell 和ssh
